Jenson Button winning the 2009 Monaco Grand Prix. Driving for the Brawn GP team Jenson dominated the first half of the season winning six of the opening seven races of the campaign. This early season form gave Jenson a significant lead in the Drivers Championship which was ultimately too much for his rivals to overturn.
The 2009 seson was not only a memorable one for Jenson but also for his team, Brawn GP. In what later transpired to be their only season in Formula 1, Brawn GP created history by winning both the Drivers and the Constructors Championships at their first attempt. Following a takeover by Mercedes-Benz in November 2009, Brawn GP was rebranded Mercedes-Benz GP for future seasons.
This limited edition print was counter signed by Jenson Button on Wednesday 18th November 2009, the day that he announced his departure from Brawn GP to drive for McLaren.
