I am always looking for inspiration and as I travel I am constantly sketching down new ideas. People and places are my inspiration, the many characters that we meet through our lives and the iconic images of the world are all around us. I am proud of where I live; it has given me my identity as a person ans sources much of my passion for art. I also enjoy visiting London; it is a much loved city that holds such important history, its landmarks and diverse people going about their daily lives have given me the opportunity to source new subject matter. I want to represent everyday life in my work; it feeds my imagination and it's also something we can all relate to. The people walking on the street are like ships that pass in the night, however, we realise that we are all in this life together sharing the same emotions and dreams from one day to the next. I hope to bring the cosmopolitan spirit and vibrancy of the city to life. Welcome to Britannia!
