"London Lights" is an original oil painting on traditional canvas by the very popular and talented contemporary artist, Neil Dawson.

Neil has recently further developed his pointillism style and this picture is a perfect example of his work. The London taxis, black cabs, are driving towards the viewer in a wet London street. The lights reflection on the street add atmosphere and warmth to this scene. Despite Neils slightly abstract method of painting, this image has a very real feel to it - next time you are in a wet street at night, slightly close your eyes and the scene is exactly as Neils captures it in has painting.
